The Basics: General Information for Our Group Orders (GOs)*- Group Order Managers (GOMs):

- Location: US-based, worldwide-friendly (unless stated otherwise)
- Payment Due Dates: Listed in each GO post on Instagram and on our Notion page.
- No Backouts: Once the GO group chat is created on Instagram, you cannot drop your claim if it affects our ability to secure a complete set.
- Pre-Order Benefit (POB) Requirements: At least 7/8 spots must be claimed for POB sets to be purchased. This may change at the GOMs' discretion and will be noted in the IG post caption.
- POB Inclusions:
- All POB claims include album photocards (PCs) unless stated otherwise.
- Album PC inclusions will be sorted based on a priority form.
- Additional items (e.g., postcards, stickers) may be included upon request but will be distributed randomly. Requesting these extras may increase domestic shipping costs.
- We do not sort postcards or stickers.
- Shipping & Processing:
- Most items are purchased from Korea-based stores and shipped to our Korean address (K-addy) unless otherwise noted.
- Expect some delays as items make their way to our K-addy and then to us. We appreciate your patience!
- Right to Refuse Joiners: We reserve the right to decline claims at our discretion if we feel uncomfortable with a joiner.

When you join a GO, you’ll receive a welcome message in your GO group chat with all the key payment details, including:- You're assigned emoji for this GO
- Payment due dates and times
- The master list with payment links to the correct GOMPayment Methods & Instructions- Accepted Payment Methods:
- PayPal (Friends & Family) – F&F only
- Venmo (Friends & Family) – F&F only
- Goods & Services (G&S) payments will be refunded immediately, and you will need to resend using F&F. We do not accept any payment methods outside of what is listed.Payment Notes- Use ONLY your assigned emoji + your joiner number from the first column of the GO master list. Example: 💖+47
- Why? PayPal is becoming stricter with payment notes, and this helps protect our accounts.
- No payment screenshots in the GO chat. If you've followed the instructions, we’ll be able to match your payment based on your assigned emoji and joiner number.Late Payments & ExtensionsTimely payments are crucial to securing albums before deadlines. Please take note of our late payment policies:- No extensions for initial payments. These are time-sensitive, and we cannot delay purchases.
- For EMS (international shipping) or DOMS (domestic shipping) payments:
- If you need an extension, you must contact a GOM before the deadline. We understand that things happen and will try to accommodate.
- If you miss a payment without requesting an extension, it will count as a late payment.
- Three late payments within the same era will result in removal from our GOs for the rest of the era. Future participation in non-comeback GOs or the next era will be at the GOMs’ discretion.Following these guidelines ensures smooth transactions and a positive experience for everyone. 📦Packages from Korea: Shipping & Consolidation Guidelines
🚚 Shipping Costs & ProcessShipping is divided into two separate payments:1️⃣ ✈️ Express Mail Service (EMS) (Korea → GOMs)- EMS covers the cost of shipping from Korea to the GOMs in the U.S., including fees charged by our Korean Address (K-addy) for unboxing and consolidation.
- One of the advantages of joining a GO is that EMS costs are shared among all participants.
- EMS is typically split by item unless stated otherwise. For example, if EMS totals $100 for 100 items, each item costs $1 in EMS. If you claimed 2 items, your EMS fee would be $2.
- We cannot provide EMS estimates in advance since the total cost depends on shipping fees, K-addy service fees, and the number of items in the batch.2️⃣ 📦 Domestic Shipping (DOMS) (GOMs → You)- Once items arrive in the U.S., they are shipped to you via USPS or UPS. You will be responsible for domestic shipping fees.
- Two types of DOMS:
- Stamped: A budget-friendly option using USPS stamps. This is only available for flat, lightweight items (e.g., 3–4 photocards in a greeting card envelope).
- Tracked: Shipping via USPS or UPS with a tracking number. Pricing is calculated based on weight and destination, using pirateship.com📦 EMS Batching & TimingWe consolidate multiple GO shipments at our K-addy before sending them to the U.S. Whenever possible, we group multiple GOs into a single EMS batch to keep costs low and ensure efficient shipping.- Each batch has its own Batch Master List with EMS totals calculated based on the number of items in the batch.
- We strive to ship batches as quickly as possible, but we appreciate your patience during this process.By following these guidelines, we can ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective shipping for everyone! 💙
